Serayu Pot & Terracotta is located on Jalan Gunung Sari, Peliatan, Ubud, and close to the Arjuna Statue which is an icon of Ubud's tourist attraction.
Serayu Pot and Terracotta were originally named Warung Serayu. Warung Serayu is an ordinary stall that sells equipment for ceremonies in Bali. The word "Serayu" comes from the name of one of the famous rivers in India, the Serayu River.
Giving the name contained the philosophy "live like a flowing river, wherever the river takes you, then we must be willing to accept it." Said Wayan Cameng who is identical with a turban that covers his head and a white beard that hangs down.
Wayan Cameng usually colors and paints the pots with pictures of flowers. The colors of the pots and terracotta are expected to be like human life which is full of color. Serayu Pot and Terracotta also provide drawing classes as an educational tourism activity, stress healing, and hone painting skills.
