How do I return an item?
“ON SALE” Products are not returnable.
Items purchased at store are not returnable.
Pre Order/ customized order return/refund have to provide strong proof of damages/lack of quality/wrongly made.
Abroad customer always advised to take insurance prior to their shipping.
How the shipping work for my order? Can I track?
Door to door, LCL, or FCL (Container) shipment have different type of tracking system. We use the service of www.adhidarmacargo.com with over 25 years of excellence works & experience. They have long terms contract with most outstanding logistics. Domestic sales (JNE/J&T) or international sales (DHL,TNT, FEDEX) will provide their tracking airwaybill number that will be informed by email once the items are ready for shipping.
How can I contact your couriers?
For door to door courier, simply put your tracking number on their official website. For ocean freight, you will be informed the ETA and the vessel name of the cargo.
What are your delivery options?
Shipping methods are determined by how much the quantity and dimention of your order. Please notice that the online sales are only for the products sales. Shipping so far we need to calculate and agreed it off the site due to pandemic situation. Small packages are easily delivered by courier. But bigger items for wholesale purpose it will be cost wise to use the ocean freight (by LCL or FCL) or airfreight to the airport service. Get wholesale discount if you make a big order!
